We then provide you with a simple one page brief to complete in relation to your new staff member and when we commence work we also send a brief in relation to the policies and procedures that will be both essential, legally required and best serve your organisation.

As soon as we receive your completed brief by email our team really kick into gear. We are committed to our service level agreement to provide you all your new starters contracts within 3 working days and for the initial handbook we complete this within 5 working days.
3) Get their autograph!
This is it! Literally, all you have left to do is collect the new employees signature on the contract, keep a copy and ensure they've passed all of your pre-employment checks with proof of rights to work in the UK etc. Notify all your staff where they can find the organisations handbook and you're ready to go!
